The students are exploring how you can manipulate the size, texture, opacity, and value of the paint brush. There were three different options to choose from. We focused on the tiling symmetry designs. This app allows you to create drawings without symmetry, radial designs, and tiling symmetry designs (tessellations). I thought it was a great complement to this lesson. Mojipad is a very minimalistic calendar, maybe even too minimalistic but I like the looks of it. We are learning to use the paint brush tool in Photoshop. Another fun app I found for the ipad is Amaziograph.Bluefire Reader is currently my go-to reading app for e-books.iCloud Drive and a second cloud service of your choice, Dropbox generally offers the most compatibility, I use Google Drive, though I've still got Dropbox installed as a backup, just in case an app doesn't support Drive/iCloud.
